Consent to the processing of personal data

1. I give my consent to Spezimport LLC to process my personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 On Personal Data
1.2 processing takes place in the following ways: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction using automation tools or without the use of such tools.
1.3. for the purpose of: receiving promotional newsletters and messages from the Operator or its representatives;
1.4. list of personal data: name, phone number.
1.5 The period of validity of the consent until the moment of its withdrawal.
2. I am informed:
2.1. the right to receive information regarding the processing of my personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 On Personal Data;
2.2. that this consent can be revoked by sending a corresponding request to the Operator's address.
2.3 that the Operator guarantees the processing of my personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation in both non-automated and automated ways.

This consent is valid until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or during the information storage period.
